^Lot 82 A Wonder Woman Original Painting.

(Thought Factory, 1977) An extremely rare original painting of the DC Comics superhero Wonder Woman. Painted by the incredible Ron Kriss, the artwork features a realistic depiction of the character at the top and a more traditional comic-panel representation at the bottom. This original artwork was used in a popular series of collectible posters by Bill Wallen, with this painting coming from Wallen's personal collection. The top painting is composed of airbrush and acrylic, with the Wonder Woman text and her face painted on separate sheets and adhered to the rest of the painting, while the comic panel was accomplished in marker and paint. Measuring 29" x 40.5", the framed painting displays in very good condition with fading, smudges, wear, paint loss, and discoloration from age, while the frame is in good condition with scratches, scuffs, and wear.
